Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said that the NDC knows nothing about #Fixthecountry crusade.
Some Ghanaians especially the youths of this country some days ago took to social media to protest over what they describe as “bad governance and the high cost of living” under the leadership of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s led government.
According to Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, also known as General Mosquito in an interview on United Television show (one-on-one interview), the coverners of the trending hashtag are the citizens of Ghana who knows exactly what is happening here.
They are all seing the increase in prices of fuel and liquefied petroleum gas. Insecurity under President Akufo-Addo is what is tempting the good people of Ghana to call NPP to fix the country.
However, some communicators of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) accused the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of masterminding behind #Fixthecountry.
“We did not give the conveners any form of backing as claims by the NPP” Asiedu Nketiah denies.
Bad governance under Akufo-Addo are issues we have raised since 2017 and it is good people of Ghana who have taken them up and leading the fight. Joining the fight will not yield anything good but will turn it into NPP, NDC affair, he added.
