Bribery Allegation Against Chief Justice Anim Yeboah To Be Investigated, Details
The Bribery allegation against Chief Justice Kwesi Anim Yeboah to be investigated by the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ).
This is following a petition put before it by Alliance For Social Security Equity And Public Accountability (ASEPA).
As a reminder, Chief Justice Kwesi Anim Yeboah has fingered in an alleged five million ($5m) bribery scandal involving one Kumasi-based lawyer Kwasi Afrifa and his client.
In this bribery scandal, His Lordship Justice Kwasi Anim Yeboah’s name was mentioned when a chief by the name of Ogyeedom Obranu Kwasi Atta VI logged a petition with the General Legal Council (GLC) to intervene and retrieve his money from Lawyer Kwasi Afrifa who he has accused of misconduct.
Many Ghanaians after hearing this has been asking whether or not there is a little bit of truth in this allegation against Chief Justice Kwasi Anim Yeboah, and wanted to be investigated by the government.
