Akufo-Addo won’t finish his second term if he refuses to listen to us – Kofi Asante Mensah warns.
The convener of the Concerned Youth of Ghana and a leading member of the fix Ghana campaign, Mr. Kofi Asante Mensah has warned President Nana Akufo Addo that, he won’t finish his second term in office if the youths will continue to suffer under his watch.
Mr. Kofi Asante Mensah speaking in an interview with Accra FM today said the youths in Ghana are not scared of this government’s attacks on whoever speaks about how the country should be governed. And that they are not ready to give up on fix the country campaign even if it will cause their blood.
According to him, a time is coming that the youths of this country will strike and there will be violence here and there and that is where the leadership will admit the fact that they have caused a lot of mess to the citizens of Ghana.
Kofi Asante was referring to the late Ibrahim Mohammed, a social media activist and one of the leading members of the fix the country campaign who was found dead in his room on Monday.
Ghanaians are tired of insecurity and cultural silence under Akufo-Addo and his new Patriotic Party’s government.
It is better President Nana Akufo-Addo and the leadership of this country listen to the demands of the youths and find solutions to them than to attack and kill us, because that will even make it worse and he will be compared to leave office before his time, he finally added.
